Tux Paint packages are available as part of Debian GNU/Linux, and you should be able to install them via "apt
" or your favorite software package manager. Alternatively, you can install Tux Paint and Tux Paint Config. from source.

You can download the latest version as source code and build it yourself. The latest verion is available as a Flatpak package.
