This area contains some source (or patches) to libraries necessary
to build Tux Paint.  For the most part, this is available elsewhere
(e.g., SDL is available from www.libsdl.org), but in some cases
patches must be posted to adhere to licenses, or code is archived for
easier building of Tux Paint for certain environments.

exact details...
