[Tuxpaint-News] More news about Tux Paint 0.9.21 - Win95/98/ME version; Stamps for Mac update

Two brief updates to the latest release of Tux Paint:

* The latest version is now also available for Windows 95, 98 and ME:

* The "Stamps collection" for Mac OS X had been missing many stamps!
  An updated version (dated July 29, 2009) has been released.

  (It weighs in at over 42MB, almost twice as large as the last update,
  so we obviously left out a LOT of stamps! Sorry about that!)


Also, a note to Windows XP, 2000, Vista and 7 users:

We've discovered that the first time you launch Tux Paint it can take
a few minutes for it to find and sort out the fonts on your system.
In the meantime, Tux Paint looks like it has frozen.  Just give it a few
minutes, and it should finally respond.  It should only do this the FIRST
time you launch Tux Paint.  If it happens EVERY time, you might have some
'system clean-up' software running, which you might need to adjust.

but BE SURE to tell us the full details:  your operating system (e.g.,
Windows 95, Mac OS X, etc.), the browser you're using (e.g., Firefox,
Internet Explorer, etc.), and any error messages you received.

Simply telling us "I can't download it" isn't very useful. ;^)
